Two Lanterns 2008
This was an incredible year, a watershed for our camp the likes of which
we may never see again....
Starting with the logo that Bob D did, a true work of art
Jason created another true artwork in the American Dream/American Nightmare
el-wire sculpture which was built on the incredible 35 foot tower that Steve made,
an incredible feat. The entire camp contributed to the fabrication of this piece but
it was Jason's tireless Herculean efforts that made it happen.
This guy was very sweet, passing by our camp as he trudged back and forth to the
Petting Zoo. As the day wore on he got more and more sloppy drunk but was still very sweet!
The Petting Zoo. Our friends for life on the playa. We've done so many weddings for
them, and they keep coming back for more. We love these folks and have had some
really fine times with Pig and Angelo and all the rest of the crew.

artists were nearby when Steve roped them into coming to our camp and got this pic
